Returns
If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can simply return the item(s) to us within 7 days of delivery, and we will issue a replacement or refund. This is subject to us receiving the item(s) back in their original condition, including all packaging and tags where possible.
Costs for returning items to us are your responsibility, we will however dispatch replacement items free of charge if the item is identified as faulty. We recommend you use an insured recorded delivery service when returning items, as they will be deemed your responsibility until they arrive back at our store - as such you will be liable for any losses or damages. We will not refund or credit any shipping charges unless the item(s) dispatched was faulty.
Please contact us via email before returning any items, indicating reason for return. Any size/colour exchanges are subject to availability.
We will be unable to accept returns on any item(s) that show signs of being worn, so please take care when trying on garments to ensure you do not leave any marks/scent of deodorant, perfume or aftershave on them. Please also make sure your item is stored in a smoke free environment if you are intending to return it.
All items are checked before they are dispatched to ensure they arrive with you in perfect condition – however in the unlikely event that the item you receive is faulty, you have up to 30 days to return it. If you find your item has a fault please contact our returns department on the below email, so we can advise you what to do next.

Include your original invoice with the package, writing your reason for return on the back. We will endeavour to deal with all returns as swiftly as possible, but as all items have to be checked upon receipt it can take up to 3 working days after we receive it for a refund/replacement to be issued.
