Placing Orders

Whilst browsing our site you can add items to your basket by simply clicking the ‘Add to Cart’ button located at the bottom of each items description. You can view the item(s) in your basket at any time by clicking on the ‘View Cart’ option at the left-hand side of the page. Once you are happy with your basket contents, click the ‘checkout’ option on the shopping basket page which will take you into the payment processing area. Select and enter your method of payment, and enter your billing and shipping details to complete your order. You will receive an automatically generated email confirming your order, and we will contact you shortly to confirm it has been dispatched.

Payment

We accept all major credit/debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Maestro and Solo. We can also accept payments via Paypal. When completing ‘checkout’ you will be given the option of either using out secure server to submit card details, or making a payment via Paypal. If you prefer to pay with Paypal, you will be given the opportunity to login to your account to make a payment (if you have an existing Paypal account,) or to use their service to make a payment using a valid credit/debit card.

Security

When entering your card details you are automatically transferred to our secure server, which will store your details and only be accessible by us. Alternatively you can also pay for your order with Paypal, who offer their own secure connection and fraud protection. Just select ‘Paypal’ when you go to ‘checkout’.

Delivery

Free Delivery only applies to orders made from within the UK. Orders outside of the UK are subject to a ‘flat rate’ charge depending on the area you are in. Please see ‘Delivery’ page for more information. All UK orders should arrive within 1-2 working days.

Returns

If you are not completely happy with your item, you can return it within seven days and we will replace it or refund your original payment. You are responsible for an return postage costs, and item(s) must be in original condition before they will be accepted. See our 'returns' page for more details.
