UK

Standard UK Delivery (2-4 days approx) - £2.00
Royal Mail Recorded Delivery (2-4 days approx) - £2.75
Royal Mail Special Delivery (Guaranteed Next Business Day Delivery, online tracking) - £5.00
Our free delivery offer is only available to UK customers, and only qualifies for orders that are £30.00 or more in value. These orders will be shipped using our standard UK delivery service (see below for details.) Please remember to select the Free Shipping option at checkout if your order qualifies for this offer.
All orders shipped using our standard UK service are sent via Royal Mail first class post. This service does not offer a time guarantee, however orders should arrive within 2-4 working days. The same delivery estimate applies to the Royal Mail Recorded Delivery service, however with this service you can check the status of your item online and it will require a signature upon delivery (tracking numbers available on request.)
Orders shipped using our express UK service are shipped via Royal Mail Special Delivery, and are guaranteed for delivery by 1pm on the next business day (if placed before 2pm.) This service is trackable online and requires a signature upon delivery (tracking numbers available on request.)
Orders are dispatched same day where possible – if you need to specify an alternative delivery address, this can be done during the checkout procedure. For security reasons first orders can be subject to a delay if the customer wishes their order to be shipped to an alternative address.
We cannot be held responsible for problems resulting from delivery, and in the case of items being returned to us undelivered we will charge a standard charge for redelivery.
Europe
Standard shipping within EU (7-10 days approx) - flat charge £5.00
US and International
Standard shipping outside EU (7-14 days approx) - flat charge £10.00
International orders are charged at a flat rate per order. Items are shipped via standard airmail, and normally take between 7-14 days depending on your location. If you wish to add a ‘signature service’ to your order, please contact us prior to ordering and we will advise you of the additional costs. International orders are always subject to additional fraud checks which can sometime delay dispatch by a few days.
As with all UK orders, we cannot be held responsible for problems resulting from delivery, and in the case of any items being returned to us undelivered we will charge a normal shipping rate for redelivery.
